Certain types of floor require a good sub-surface to be prepared prior to installation. A good sub-surface will result in a more level and even installation, which will provide both a better looking and a better feeling end result.

More importantly a good sub-surface will reduce the chances of your new floor shifting and warping over time. Resulting in your floor wearing better and lasting longer.

Old Floor Removal

Uplift of existing flooring can be arranged for a small charge. If this is a service you require we will discuss the options with you prior to your installation.

Otherwise our installer will leave your old flooring in a designated area ready for you to dispose of at your local waste recycling centre.
